Terms & Conditions

1. Items that have been purchased can not be exchanged or refunded.
2. Damage in transit is not responsible by Helmigs.
3. Helmigs not responsible for the difference in color of the product that can be caused by the effects of lighting on the photo or on the computer.
4. Gift Package Special for purchases under Rp 150.000,- postage charges.
5. Item will be shipped no later than the day after the settlement payment. Orders & settlements on Saturday, Sunday, or public holidays will be shipped on the work day after.
6. The length of time of delivery is the sole responsibility of the courier service, not Helmigs’s responsibility.
7. Helmigs not responsible for errors giving the delivery address by the buyer which resulted in the delay or loss of goods.
8. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
9. For deliveries outside Surabaya, maximum 1 carton per product type.
10. The minimum order for each product is 1 carton / transaction.
11. For order to outside Surabaya recipient, the postage will be borne by buyer. There is no minimum order.
